<br/><br/> The experiment on the amount of manure voided by broiler was conducted at the Poultry Project, Department of Animal Science, Don Severino Agricultural College, Indang, Cavite from November 27, 1977 to January 21, 1978 covering a period of eight weeks. The amount of manure voided by broiler is related to the amount of feeds being consumed. Except on the second week, the amount excreted by the birds was almost three times lesser than the feed intake. Out of 412.995 kilograms of feed consumed by the birds, only 130.50 kilograms of manure was excreted and the difference of 282.495 kilograms was retained in the body for growth and development. <br/><br/>
