The enterprise development project was conducted to enable the students to apply their business management and entrepreneurial skills in the actual business operation.

Specifically, it aimed to develop the students’ capability to handle business through experiential learning; determine the profitability of a catering services business; and
identify problems that may be encountered in the conduct or operating a catering services business and recommend feasible solution. The initial capital was P30,000.00, was equally contributed by the entrepreneurs. Another, the project focused on catering services and marketing which include the different activities such as client negotitation , communication with affiliate service provider, preparation of needed equipments, decoration of venue, providing the services and cleaning up the area. In marketing activities, El kutsaritas food and catering services considered different aspects such as service, price, place and promotion. The location of the business was in J. Dimabiling St, Poblacion IV, Indang, Cavite and in Banaba Cerca, Indang, Cavite.

The project earned a net income amounting to PhP7,751.50 on the first month after deducting the gross profit and service expense. On the second month, they earned a net income amounting to PhP10,138.50. on the third month, they earned a net income amounting to PhP 12,388.50 and on the last month of operation, they earned a net income amounting to PhP4,302.17. The total net income amounted to PhP34,580.67.

The problems encountered by the enterprise are a shortage of tools and equipment, such as tent, tables, chairs, utensils and cloths. Another problem was prospecting client and organizing for big events due to small capital.
