A total of 370 first year and second year students of Cavite State University in Indang, Cavite acted as participants of the study. A validated Campus Climate Scale was administered to determine the perception of students about campus climate. The validated College Adjustment Test was utilized to determine the college adjustment level of first year and second year students. The Grade Point Average (GPA) of the respondents for the first semester of AY 2010- 2011 was used to determine their academic success. The study revealed that the first year and second year students perceived that there was a climate of trust and respect in the campus; and that it was safe and less discriminating. Similarly, both groups of students had high college adjustment levels and good academic performance. Furthermore, it was found that the climate of trust and respect, consideration to leave the school, and being harassed/discriminated were significantly related to college adjustment. However, college adjustment was found not to be significantly related to academic success
