The study was conducted to provide an integrated solution, by the development of Management Information System that addresses the issues of slow enrolment process, lack of data security, slow data retrieval and delayed generation of reports experienced by different departments in Paliparan National High School due to large student population. The system automates the process of enrolment that serves as the entry of all student information that is automatically stored in the database. This allows for the faster retrieval of needed data and generation of accessible reports. Employee profiling as well as uploading of grades are automated as well. Moreover, the system provides user accounts for the administrator, teachers, guidance counselor. and the principal. Iterative incremental model was used upon the development of the study. It has five phases namely; Software Requirement Analysis, Design, Code Generation, and Testing and Evaluation. The system was developed using numerous software tools: PHP as the scripting language, MySQL as the database management system, as well as Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Dreamweaver for the designing of the system. The system was evaluated in accordance to its functionality, reliability, usability, efficiency, maintainability, and portability. The respondents were composed of teachers, guidance staff, and IT staff of Paliparan National High School. Evaluation results indicate that the system has passed and completed the needed requirements.
