The study was conducted at Cavite State University Main Campus in Indang, Cavite from June 2013 to January 2014. Software Development was conducted at College of Engineering and Information Technology from September 2013 to January2014. Testing and evaluation of the system was done on January 2013 at College of Engineering and Information Technology. The study was developed to gain awareness to College of Engineering and Information Technology. Network monitoring software is work of technology that concerned to help the management to easily monitor who follows the department policy regarding network activities. The objectives of the system were clearly defined from the start of the development of the study. Software Development Methodology was used in the completing the study. The methodology is consists of analyze/planning, breakdown priority project, design module, code-test/debug, integration of sub procedure and in test implementation, the monitoring of database were done, the feedbacks and comments from the user were given for software output or result, the proponents conducted thirty (30) faculty members' to evaluate in the purpose of the system reliability and accuracy. Statistical Analysis used. The results proved that Software Development Methodology was efficient in developing a kind of software like Network Monitoring Software. The software showed that was effective to use in doing project like this having capability to accommodating networks and packet files. The study also proved that software and hardware required and provided by the proponents met the specifications needed to develop and execute the software. The software evaluation results were mostly very good and highly accepted. In line with this, it was proven that the software met the objectives of the study based on the result of the system evaluation.
