The study identified the ergonomic risk factors in the loading and unloading of commercial beverage associated to musculoskeletal disorders. The individual attributes and work characteristics were tested with the frequency and severity of the stress symptoms to identify the risk factors that contributed to the occurrence of musculoskeletal disorders and other related illness. The participants of the study were 53 workers aged 20 years old and above. The individual attributes, work characteristics, and frequency and severity of MSD symptoms were obtained through the use of a questionnaire. Somer's D was used for the correlation analysis between variables. Bivariate analysis described the joint contribution of the variables in the study. Rapid Upper Limb Assessment (RULA) was utilized to determine the risk factors associated to work related musculoskeletal disorders.

The results of correlation analysis showed that individual attributes of age, medical history, years in service, average number of working hours, average number of loaded and unloaded of cases, standing duration, frequency and duration of bending while reaching the cases, standing while lifting of cases contribute to the ergonomic risk factors attributed to musculoskeletal disorders. RULA analysis indicated that the delivery workers were exposed to risks of musculoskeletal disorder. Coca - Cola's management may consider improving the job design and job rotation, and promoting team work to avoid cases of MSDs. The improvement of the workplace was also recommended. Standardization of tare weight and total weight of cases, proper maintenance and proper lifting were also suggested
