The study was conducted at Cavite State University Indang, Cavite, on January 2014. Specifically, this study attempted to: (1) determine the profile of the respondents in terms of age, gender, ordinal position, and number of siblings;(2) determine the sibling relationship of the respondents in terms of irritability, hostility, affection, and concern-, (3) identify the interpersonal development of the participants in terms of helpfulness/dependability, socialization, and maturity; and (4) determined the significant relationship between profile and sibling relationship, profile and interpersonal development, and sibling relationship and interpersonal development. The study covered one hundred fifty (150) participants of Cavite State University lndang, Cavite S.Y. 2013-2014. The results revealed that profile is not correlated to sibling relationship. It is also, shows no significant relationship to interpersonal development, while, sibling relationship way not correlated to interpersonal development.
