This study was conducted to determine the work stress, job satisfaction and motivation of teachers in selected public high schools in Cavite. Specifically, it sought to determine the (1) demographic, socio-economic characteristics and job related information of teachers in selected public high schools in Cavite in terms of age, sex, civil status, educational attainment, years of teaching, monthly salary, number of students handled for the school year 2013-2014, and number of subjects handled for the school year 2013-2014 (2) the level of work stress of the respondents (3) the level job satisfaction of the respondents (4) the level of motivation of the respondents (5) the significant relationship in the level of work stress and job satisfaction of the respondents (6) the significant relationship in the level of work stress and work motivation of the respondents and (7) the significant relationship in the level of job satisfaction and motivation of the respondents. The Spearman rank correlation coefficient was utilized to determine the significant relationships of work stress and job satisfaction; work stress and motivation and job satisfaction and motivation. The average age of the respondents was 36 years. Majority of them were female had Bachelor's degree, holding permanent positions and earning monthly income ranging from Php 20,000.00- Php 25,000.00. Majority of the respondents reported to have low level of work stress, were satisfied toward work and were motivated.

There were no correlations found between work stress and job satisfaction and work stress and motivation. Hence work stress and job satisfaction does not have significant relationship as well as the work stress and motivation while motivation and job satisfaction had significant relationship
