April 2015. Adviser: Ms. Racquel Agustin <br/><br/>	The study aimed to present the "Women Portrayal in the Classic Tale Movie Adaptations in Cavite State University". Specifically, to compare the women portrayal in Tim Burton's Alice in Wonderland, Catherine Hardwicke's Red Riding Hood and Rupert Sanders' Snow White and the Huntsman. The purpose of the study was to identify the differences on Alice, Valerie, and Snow White in the movie adaptations, in terms of physical, sociological and psychological Background. This study was anchored upon the theory of feminism and performativity theory that states woman can be as of as equal as men. Different methods were used in the study. It included gathering of data through watching the films several times, searching the interne for further knowledge about the films and going to the library for more research in books. The study was analyzed through a thematic table and was interpreted. <br/>
