The study assessed the awareness and attitudes of foreign students on the variety of services of Cavite State University-Office of Student Affairs (CvSU-OSA). Specifically, it aimed to: identify the demographic profile of foreign students at Cavite State University; describe the student services offered by CvSU-OSA; find out the level of foreign students' awareness on the services of CvSU-OSA; determine the foreign students' attitudes towards the services of CvSU-OSA; and determine the problems and concerns encountered by foreign students with regard to the services of CvSU-OSA. The participants were 74 foreign students of Cavite State University Main Campus, Indang, Cavite. An interview schedule was used to gather data from the participants. Descriptive statistics such as frequency count, percentage, and mean was used to describe the demographic profile, level of awareness, attitudes, and the problems and concerns encountered by the participants. Statistics revealed that most of the participants were males, majority were first and second year students from Tanza, Rwanda, Angola, Zimbabwe, Korea, Algeria, Ghana, Nigeria, Papua New Guinea, Uganda, Myanmar, Ni-Vanuat.: and Cameroon.

Moreover, 16 percent were taking business management course, and idosi of them had three years length of stay in the university. Further, the study revealed that participants were mostly 'somewhat aware' towards the services offered by Cavite State University-Office of Student Affairs (CvSU-OSA). The participants' attitudes toward the services offered by CvSU-OSA were mostly `negative.' Of the 74 participants, only 54 gave a detailed explanation about their problems on the services of CvSU-OSA. Majority cited the speaking of Filipino of teachers or professors during classes as one of the problems encountered.
