This study was conducted to assess and determine the relationship among organizational culture, job involvement and motivation of academic employees in Cavite State University (CVSU). Specifically, the research aimed to deter-mine the academic employees’ perception of Cavite State University organizational culture, level of job involvement and motivation.
The study used the descriptive-correlation research design to explore the relationship among demographic organizational culture, job involvement and employee motivation. Data were collected from 332 academic employees of Cavite State University using a survey questionnaire. Mann-Whitney U test, Kruskal-Walli’s test and Spearman’s rank order correlation were used in the analysis of data.
The participants overall perception of organizational culture was "positive". It was revealed that participants were "involved" in their job as faculty of CVSU. In terms of level of motivation, participants were generally motivated at the job. Significant differences exist in the level of job involvement of the participants when grouped by age, marital status and employment status. Moreover, significant differences were also found in the level of motivation of the participants when grouped by age, length of service and
marital status. A high significant relationship exists between level of motivation and level of job involvement of the participants.
