The study was conducted from June 2014 to February 2015 at Cavite State University, Indang, Cavite. Generally, the study aimed to develop a management information system for Dasmarinas North National High school that can improve the process of transactions, and the storage of information of the school. It specifically aimed to; identify the existing problems of Dasmarinas North National High School through interview , initial investigation and construction of fishbone diagram, analyze all things required in order to develop the system such as the necessary information about the institution and students, and plan solution to the problem using use case diagram, design a system interface using Adobe Photoshop CS4, develop a system using HTML and PHP(Hypertext Pre-processor) as the scripting language and My Structured Query Language (MySQL)as the database management system, and evaluate the system using unit, integration, and system testing.

The methodology used in the software development was the Iterative Project Development which is composed of the following phases; planning/requirements, analysis, design, development, testing and evaluation.

The system is composed of eight modules namely; account management moduk, student management module, faculty management module, admission module, grading module, content module, report module, and supply management moduk. It was subjected to evaluation by 36 faculty members, and four IT experts. The system was evaluated excellent based on following criteria; functionality, reliability, usability,
efficiency, maintainability, and portability.

Based on the result of the study, the system can efficiently improve the Dasmarinas North National High School process of transactions among the employees and students. For further improvement of the study, the proponents recommended to adapt the way of computing grades in K-12, include the generation of good moral report, and include the generation of payroll report.
