This study explored the possibility of investigating the significant relationship between demographic profile and emotional intelligence; demographic profile and job satisfaction; and emotional intelligence and job satisfaction of the public special education teachers in Dasmarinas City, Cavite. This study used descriptive correlational method in investigating the relationship demographic profile, emotional intelligence, and job satisfaction of public special education teachers in Dasmarinas City, Cavite. A total of twenty-eight (28) public special education teachers in Dasmarinas City, Cavite were utilized as the participants of this study.
Result of the study showed that majority of the public special education teachers were aged 36 to 50 years old and were married. They also have their bachelor's degree with 6 to 10 years of service. Public special education teachers from .Dasmarinas were receiving salary rate from 20000 to 29.999 pesos per month. Meanwhile, based on the result of the study the null hypothesis were all accepted, the Pearson Rho showed that the demographic profile and emotional intelligence have no significantrelationship so with the demographic profile and job satisfaction and the emotional intelligence and Joh satisfaction.
