A study was conducted to provide better-quality system in teaching Character Education subject as well as to give solutions to the problems met by the Grade IV pupils and sole teacher of Character Education of Indang Central Elementary School. The system was proficient in providing lessons, evaluation, records, and reports. It was composed of five primary modules. These were the content management module which contains the lessons, games, and glossary, the security module that concerns log-in and log-out functionality and registration, the assessment module which holds quizzes, the profile management module that is for all users, and the report module for records and grades.
Feature driven development was used as a method to progressively complete the entire system. It has comprehensible phases. These are the develop an overall model, build a features list, plan by feature, design by feature, and build by feature. An evaluation period consisted of series of testing was also included to check and discover possible enhancement that could be added to the developed system.
In creating the system, the main programming language used was PHP Hypertext
Preprocessor (PHP). Along with it were Hyper Text Markup Language (HTML), Java
Script and My Structured Query Language (MySQL). The software used were Adobe Photoshop CS5, Adobe Flash CS5, Apache Web Server, Macromedia Dreamweaver, and
Microsoft Word 2010.

The main goal of the study was to develop software which can give students more information about the lesson Character Education through online and more entertaining tools.
The system was evaluated by the participants based on the given criteria: functionality, reliability, usability, efficiency, and portability. The evaluators were students, teachers, principals, and random people in total of 100 participants. The software was interpreted as "good" by the participants. The means that the system fully met exceeded several expectations.
