The study was conducted to determine the present situation of Tanza Oasis Hotel and Resort and determine the factors that affect the service system. The effects of the determined factors were measured and possible ways to improve the service system of the hotel were concluded. Through interviews and questionnaires, different factors in the services of Tanza Oasis Hotel and Resort were identified. The participants of the study were the managers of the hotel. Descriptive analysis was used to determine the different factors that possibly affect the service system of the hotel. The present situation of the hotel and its process was the main source of inputs used by the researchers in order to come up with an output that would help the hotel to grow. This study suggested standards and different practices that would increase the efficiency of employees in the hotel and the profitability of the company, which includes the following: revise the process for the purchase retail forms, revise the policy for the amenities, follow a maintenance schedule for the machines, improve the facility layout, add a multi-functioned elevator, and add more banquets and function areas to 4th floor of the hotel.
