Adviser: Mr. Marlon Perena<br/>The study was conducted to develop an Online Advising System for the College Of Engineering and Information Technology. The system was developed for the benefits.<br/>of the advisers in the college.<br/>The methodology used in the software was Iterative Development Model. It was composed of five phases: Requirement Phase, Design Phase, Implementation and Testing Phase and Deployment Phase.<br/>The software developed (web application) has the following features: Profile.<br/>Management Module, Grade Module, Curriculum Module and Report Module. The<br/>Profile Management module includes creating an account and editing profile. The Grade<br/>Module includes the adding of grades, printing of Pre-enrolment form. Curriculum<br/>Module includes the adding of course, adding of subjects. And in Report Module<br/>includes the list of reports for advisers and administrator. Each user has its own page and<br/>individual username and password. The administrator can add and delete account if<br/>needed<br/>The system was developed using PHP as developing tool, My Structured Query<br/>Language (MySQL) for the database and XAMPP server as temporary localhost.<br/>Macromedia Dreamweaver was also used to develop the design layout.<br/>
