The study was conducted at Balubad, Marahan, Alfonso, Cavite. Relevant data and information were gathered through observation and participation in the farm activities. The study aimed to (1) determine the operation of the farm in terms of management, production, marketing and financial aspects; (2) determine the profitablity of production; and (3) identify the problems encountered in production, and marketing aspects of the products.
Primary data were gathered through personal observation and interview with the owner and farm laborer. Other important information were gathered from the daily observation and actual participation in some of the farm activities. Secondary data were gathered from the records of the farm.
Analysis was focused mainly on the production activities of the farm. It was found out that the low productivity is the main problem of the farm. Poor relationships between management and the workers also contributes to the problems.
To increase production, workers should be provided with incentives and priveleges so their performance will be improved.
