SIBOL Damitan is a shirt printing business which aimed to promote the national writing system called baybayin. The project aimed to provide the proponents an experience and opportunity to apply their knowledge and what they have learned in Business Management in the actual operation of the business. Specially, this aimed to apply the skills and knowledge of the students in the field of business; to develop students capability to handle Sibol Damitan business through experiential learning; to showcase the creativity of the students; to determine the profitability of Sibol Damitan business; and identify problems that may be encountered in the operation of a Clothing line and personalized t- shirt printing business and recommend feasible solution.

The project operated from January 21, 2019 to April 18, 2019. Production area of the business is located at Brgy. Poblacion 4, Mendez, Cavite beside St. Augustine Church. The business offered both products and shirt printing services. Products of
the business such as baybayin statement shirts, makabayan shirts, LGBTQ shirts and couple shirts. Shirt printing services like silk screen printing, Vinyl and dark transfer heat press printing.

The proponents contributed an initial capital of PhP45,000.00 to start the business. At the end of operation, the business got a total sale of PhP57,570.00, total gross profit of PhP30,167.50, and a total net profit of PhP13,813.39. Through the entrepreneurial development project, the proponents learned a lot of lessons from
running a business.
