This study was conducted from September to December 2018 to determine the corporate equality and employee engagement among PWD employees in selected manufacturing companies in PEZA. It aimed to determine the demographic profile of the participants in terms of: age, sex, marital status, length of service and employment status; determine the perceived level of corporate equality among PWD employees; determine the level of employee engagement among PWD employees; ascertain the significant relationship between participants perceived level of corporate equality and employee engagement; ascertain if there is significant difference between participants' perceived level of corporate equality when they are grouped based on socio-demographic profile; and ascertain if there is significant difference between participants' employee engagement when they are grouped based on socio-demographic profile.

Using a self-made/adopted questionnaire, data were gathered from 143 participants from Artesyn Embedded Technologies, Ju Young Company, Phils Jeon Garments Inc., CS Garment Inc., Hitachi Chemical Energy Tech, Daegyoung Apparel, Hitec RCD Philippines Inc, LS Manufacturing. Frequency count, percentage, and mean were used in determining the socio-demographic profile of the participants. Standard deviation, Liked scale, chi-square were used in determining the significant relationship between participants' perceived level of corporate equality and employee engagement. Lastly, Chi-square was used to determine the significant difference between participants' perceived level of corporate
equality, employee engagement when they are grouped based on socio-
demographic profile.
The results revealed that the majority of the participants belonged to 19 to 46 years old with a mean of 29 years old. There were more male participants (56.54%) than female participants (43.36%) of which 64 percent were single.

Moreover, the majority (86%) of the participants were full time and 11.89 percent were contractual and 2.10 were from the agency.

The results of the analysis showed that corporate equality and employee engagement had a significant relationship with the PWD employees in selected manufacturing companies in PEZA.
