Adviser: Mr. Marlon A.Diloy.<br/><br/>The study aimed to provide a database storage to the information collected from different offices; allow sharing of data among the connected offices by applying the client-server application; and minimize the effort in distributing the reports by using the concept of Local Area Networking.<br/>Different methods in gathering data and in formation were used such as interviews and research through reading and surfing the Internet.<br/>Entity Relationship Diagram, Normalization, and Data Dictionary were used through the analysis of the system. A series of tests was also used such as function testing, performance testing, acceptance testing, and installation testing. The feasibility of the product was evaluated using the cost-benefit analysis.<br/>Visual Basic Version 6.0 was the programming language used to develop the software and Structured Query Language(SQL) was used as a tool for the database.<br/>
