The data gathered by the nursing students were used to assess and evaluate the sustainability of the different nursing projects implemented in selected barangays of Naic, Cavite, and to consolidate the status of all the projects of nursing students of Cavite State University in selected barangays in Naic, Cavite. The study on health development projects was done in selected barangays of Naic and descriptive type non-experimental research was used. An interview schedule was used in gathering data, through face to face interaction with 160 respondents where 20 respondents were taken from each eight selected barangays. Data were analyzed using frequency and percentage distribution. Results of the study revealed that among the programs and projects being implemented, cleanliness of the environment had the highest percentage with 38 percent followed by immunization of child with 22 percent and maternal and child care with 17 percent. All projects that were identified and recorded started in 2004. As to the knowledge of the projects, 90 percent among the respondents knew the projects, 91 percent mentioned that the projects were very useful. The most interesting result was 97 percent agreed that nursing students should stay and continue the projects in their barangays. <br/>
