Mora <br/>This study was conducted to produce a garlic ointment with better sensory properties and an effective garlic ointment which is acceptable to the consumers. The amount of allicin, the active component present in the produced ointment, was also determined. The sensory properties such as color, heat sensation and texture were tested by conducting an evaluation by 30 persons randomly chosen in Cavite State University — Science High School and in Daine, Indang, Cavite, while its effects and general acceptability were tested by 10 residents of Daine, Indang, Cavite who had skin problems. <br/>Two treatments were made, with 120mL garlic extract and 60mL garlic extract added to 120mL of coconut oil, 120mL of olive oil,  40mL of eucalyptus oil and 48.2g of beeswax. T1 - 60mL of Garlic Extract CA kg of garlic) T2 — 120mL of Garlic Extract ('/2 kg of garlic) It was found out that treatment 1 with 60mL of garlic extract is the better treatment based on its sensory properties. The results of the test on effectiveness and acceptability of the garlic ointment showed that it can cure skin infections and that it is acceptable for the respondents.<br/>
