Learning Content Management System on Quality Consciousness, Habits and Processes was developed to provide a student-centered new way of learning for the students to acquire knowledge from the subject having focused on the learning content.

Further, the study is implemented online which includes the learning content, drill exercises and assignments to determine the students’ progress of understanding and learning.

The study gives benefit to the instructor who teaches the subject and to the students particularly those enrolled with the subject Quality Consciousness, Habits and Processes.

PHP or Hypertext Preprocessor integrated with Macromedia Dreamweaver and Macromedia Flash was used as the programming language in developing the software because of its suitability for online applications and wide range of functionality and features.

Fourth Generation Technique (4GT) was the paradigm used to design the software, which enabled the developers to create a good interface. The paradigm shows the progress of the software systematically from conception up to software testing.

The software evaluation was done to know if the objectives were met by the clients. Through evaluation of the software, the statistical analysis was performed to know the effectiveness of the software.
