A field study was conducted at Prudentialife Market Resources Corporation-Esquejo Division, located at 8th Floor, Galleria Corporate Center, EDSA corner, Ortigas Avenue, Quezon City from June 02, 2008 to August 27, 2008. The study aimed to provide the student a chance to apply the gained knowledge and skills to actual working situations. Specifically, it aimed to describe the management and marketing operations of a pre-need company, identify the problems encountered by the firm and provide recommendations on the problems identified. Data about the firm were gathered through observations and personal interviews with the administrative staff who are knowledgeable about the company's policies and practices, products and services and marketing operations. Prudentialife offers a range of Life Plan, Pension Plan and Education Plan with built in protection and flexibility features; fully loaded with superior insurance benefits that guarantee longer and greater protection and security, especially designed for the modern Filipino family. Also, it plans to establish more area offices/branches nationwide, in order to best serve the growing list of clients.
