The Enterprise Development Project, "Choco-Fruity Delightz", was conducted in Cavite State University (CvSU) from December 5, 2007 to March 2, 2008. The project was operated as a partnership type of business with a total capital of PhP30, 000.00, equally shared by the entrepreneurs to operate the business. The enterprise project aimed to provide students the experience in putting up an enterprise and enable them to apply and develop their theoretical and entrepreneurial skills in business management through practical application and hands-on experience.

Specifically, it aimed to: identify and describe the production activities of chocolate apple, chocolate grapes, chocolate pears and choco-caramel candies; describe the strategies used in marketing the products; determine the profitability of producing and marketing the products; and identify the problems encountered by the enterprise and recommend feasible solutions. The enterprise was engaged in production and marketing of fruits dipped in chocolate and chocolate candies. The products were topped with mallows and candy sprinkles, and were distributed to resellers and final consumers. The project obtained total sales of PhP53, 170.00 during the entire operation. The total current assets and non-current assets amounted to PhM6, 188.02.

The net income gained for the entire period amounting to PhP6, 188.02 was added to the total capital contributed by the entrepreneurs. Several problems were encountered during the three-month operations such as the fluctuating prices of the needed materials, the initial location of the store and the low income of the project. However, the solutions were identified and implemented to overcome these problems.
