This study was conducted to develop an online management information system for Bacoor National High School that can eliminate the problems encountered regarding the transactions of the school. The system provides functionality feature that allows automatic storage and retrieval of student information. The developers used software development methodology as a paradigm in the development of the system. This methodology has following phases: analyze/planning, breakdown priority project, design module, code test/debug, integration of sub procedures, integration with existing system, and test/implementation. The system was developed using different software tools such as Apache as the server, MyStructured Query Language (MySQL) for the database, PHP: Hypertext Preprocessor (PHP) and JavaScript as the server-side scripting language, and Hypertext Markup Language (HTML) and Cascading Style Sheet (CSS) for designing the system. The system was evaluated by 330 participants based on the given criteria: functionality, reliability, usability, usability, efficiency, maintainability, and portability. The evaluators were composed of students, teachers, and guidance counselor of Bacoor National High School. It successfully passed all given criteria in the evaluation and met all the aimed features and functionality as well as the requirements and objectives.
