This study was conducted among police section heads of Indang Municipal Police Station. The study aimed to determine the leadership style of Indang Municipal police section heads as perceived by themselves, as perceived by their subordinates, and as perceived by the community in terms of authoritarian, democratic, and laissez-faire leadership style; to determine the significant difference between the leadership style of Indang Municipal police section heads as perceived by themselves and the leadership style of Indang Municipal police section heads as perceived by their subordinates; and to determine the significant difference between the leadership style of Indang Municipal police section heads as perceived by themselves and the leadership style of Indang Municipal police section heads as perceived by the community represented by barangay officials of Poblacion I, II, III, and IV, Indang, Cavite.

Standard survey questionnaire adapted from Northouse (2007) was used to gather data from seven Indang Municipal police section heads and their 37 subordinates, and 40 people coming from the community represented by barangay officials of Poblacion I, Il, III, and IV, Indang, Cavite. They served as the participants of the study. Descriptive

Statistics such as mean and standard deviation were used to answer the objectives of the Study. Indang Municipal police section heads adopt moderately implemented authoritarian leadership style and highly practice democratic and laissez-faire leadership styles.

Likewise, the Indang Municipal police section heads moderately implemented the authoritarian leadership style and highly possessed the democratic and laissez-faire leadership styles as rated by their subordinates.

Moreover, the Indang Municipal police section heads highly implemented the authoritarian, democratic, and laissez-faire leadership styles as rated by the community represented by barangay officials of Poblacion I, II, III, and IV. In addition, there was no significant difference between the assessment of the section heads and their subordinates on their leadership styles.

Further evidence show that there was significant difference on the assessment of the section heads and the community in terms of authoritarian and laissez-faire leadership Styles of the Indang Municipal police section heads. This could be attributed to the fact that the community gave a higher assessment on the two leadership styles.
