The research instrument was an adopted and modified questionnaire used to gather data. | Likert scale was used to analyze and interpret the considerations in the implementation of facility management services in health centers. Frequency counts, percentages, means and standard deviations were used to analyse the data. Two- way ANOVA was used to determine the difference in considerations in the implementation of facility management services. The results revealed that most of the municipal health centers had a high level of implementation of facility management services in terms of compliance to fire code, plumbing code and building maintenance code. Furthermore, because of the location and participant type there is a significant difference in the considerations in the implementation of facility management services in the health centers in terms of fire code, plumbing code and building maintenance code compliance. Different municipal health centers have a different ways and considerations in the implementation of the facility management services.
