Every individual has the right to exercise proper education. Education is a right given to every person as stated in all agreements and laws. Even though it applies to all and there is no exception, some individuals do not have the ability to access this right in terms of physical and mental aspect. The study "Assessment on the Conformance of Facilities Based on the Needs of Persons with Disabilities at Cavite State University System" was a descriptive type of research that used assessment form for facilities and evaluation form from the proposed facilities for differently - abled persons. The availability data for the facilities of campus was grouped into availability (%) and non-availability (%). Availability (%) was the percentage of available facilities in each campus. Non-availability (%) was the percentage of unavailable facilities. The compliance data for the facilities campus was grouped into three criteria: "Complied (%)" "Not Complied (%)" and "Not Available (%)" "Complied (%)" was the compliance percentage of facility with regards in the accessibility law. "Not Complied (%)" was the percentage of non — compliance of facility with regards to accessibility law. "Not Available (%)" was the unavailability of a feature of a facility or unavailability of facility itself. For the evaluation of the proposed facility, which used Department of Industrial Engineering and Technology (DIET) building for improvement, a respondent consisting of abled person, differently — abled person, pregnant women, and elderly citizens were selected. The researchers presented them a 3D representation or simulation of the proposed building where they could navigate the whole building. The researchers utilized the descriptive method using evaluation forms. In this, percentage, weighted mean, median, mode and standard were computed.
