Coronado The study was conducted to develop an e-learning system for the ICT subject of Grade 9 in Santiago National High School that would serve as a supplementary tool to enhance the quality of learning process of the subject. The study specifically aimed to produce a systematic solution for the traditional teaching method that could accommodate a large number of students, create a tool for extending the learning process of the students without the existence of a physical classroom and provide a supplementary ivol for evaluating and giving feedback to the performance of the students. The system consists of five (5) modules namely; user account module, content management module, lesson assessment module, report generation module and announcement module. Iterative and Incremental Development was the methodology used in the study. It has five (5) phases namely; planning and requirement, analysis and design, implementation, testing and evaluation phases. The software was evaluated by 110 respondents composed of one hundred (100) Grade 9 ICT students, three (3) ICT teachers and seven (7) I.T Experts. In accordance with the results of the software evaluation, large number of respondents rated the syslein “Excellent” which indicates that the objectives and requirements of the system were successfully met.
