A study was conducted to analyze the Cavite State University’s Income Generating Projects (IGPs) from 2013-2018. Specifically, it aimed to: 1) describe the profile of income generating projects; 2) examine the profile of project in-charge and its staff; 3) describe the financial trend of income-generating projects; 4) determine the profitability of the income-generating projects; and 5) identify the problems encountered in the implementation of income-generating projects. Primary data were collected from the project in-charge and staff of income- : generating projects through survey questionnaires. Secondary data such as income statement of the Coffee Processing Center, Piggery Project and Water Refilling Station from 2013 to 2018 were obtained from the Office of the Director for Business Affairs. Three IGPs of the University were analyzed, namely: the Coffee Processing Center, the Piggery Project and the Water Refilling Station. These IGPs have been operating since 2003, 1992, and 2010, respectively. Cost and return analysis was used to determine the net income of the three projects. Based on the data, the Coffee Processing Center generated a total of P2,768520.50, P417,362.50, and P3,185,928 of return on above cash cost, return on above non-cash cost and return on above all cost, respectively. Piggery Project generated a total of P1,113,352.40, P64, 022.00 and P1,177,374.00 retum on above cash cost, return on above non-cash cost, and return on above all cost, respectively. Moreover, the Water Refilling Station generated a total of P3,021,625.54 of retum above cash cost and return on above all cost but there were no retum above non- cash cost which was recorded. The common problems in the Coffee Processing Center were malfunction of the roasting machine, shortage in coffee supply and high cost in the maintenance of the machine and facility. The problems encountered in the Piggery Project were high feed prices, high mortality, not enough space for the ill animals, and productivity affected by unstable weather condition. The problems encountered in the Water Refilling Station were insufficient space for storage, failure to display business and sanitary permits, high cost of maintenance of equipment, and lack of facility. Lastly, shortage on supply of water bottles was also one of the problems encountered in this station.
