To solve this, advance purchasing of additional stocks was done to avoid the delay of production and at the same time the high cost of transportation. Another problem was the excess production of "pandesal". To solve this, leftover "pandesal" was converted to breadcrumbs and toasted bread. The last problem was the increase in the store rental. The group decided to leave the store and concentrated more on distribution of their products in the municipality of Indang The raw materials ending inventory as of February 2001 amounting to P 1, 095.00 and the finished good inventory ending at P 1, 100.00 was included in the cost of goods manufactured and sold. The income statement of the enterprise shows a total sale of P 126, 532 00, with the cost of goods manufactured and sold amounting to P 82, 656.80 .
