The study entitled "Analysis on the Outcome of DOH Program "Oplan Goodbye Bulate" in Selected Public Elementary Schools in Trece Martires City, Cavite" was conducted at Cavite State University in Indang, Cavite from May 2017 to September 2017. It aimed to determine the outcome of DOH Program "Oplan Goodbye Bulate" among grade level one to three of the selected public elementary schools. Specifically, the purpose of this study was to: determine the profile of the participants under the DOH Program "Oplan Goodbye Bulate" determine the level of implementation of deworming program in the selected place; analyze the relationship of the demographic profile of the participants with the level of implementation of DOH Oplan Goodbye Bulate; determine the effects of deworming tablet in the participants; and to determine the efficacy of DOH Oplan Goodbye Bulate in eliminating soil transmitted helminthiasis in the participants. The study employed descriptive method to determine the outcome of the DOH Oplan Goodbye Bulate. The study described the profile of the 324 students, level o' implementation through the deworming accomplishment of DOH Program "Opla Goodbye Bulate", and the possible effects of the deworming tablet in the school children Kato katz technique was employed to analyse the efficacy of the DOH Program "Opla Goodb e Bulate". Fourteen percent who were screened for soil transmitted helminthiasis through Kato-Katz Technique were infected in the baseline testing. The first dose of Albendazole tablet was given orally last July 2017 on the National Deworming Day among the participants of the selected place of the study. Participants also had undergone follow-up testing one week after the deworming program. "Oplan Goodbye Bulate" Program was highly implemented (83%) in the Selected Public Elementary Schools in Trece Martires City, Cavite. In general, statistical analysis showed that there is no significant correlation between the demographic profile of the participants and the level of implementation of DOH Program "Oplan Goodbye Bulate". Survey questionnaires revealed that the effects of the deworming tablet were stomach ache, weakness, and loss of appetite. The results obtained in the follow-up testing concluded that the participants were no longer infected after the first dose of deworming tablet. The study recommends that the determination on the outcome of DOH Program "Oplan Goodbye Bulate" will be analyzed after the first and second dose of the deworming tablet. Also, an implementation of school-based health hygiene education intervention regarding Soil Transmitted Helminthiasis.
