The study was conducted to develop a management information system that will improve the process of transaction in storage of information, communication and sending of reports in the Student Organizations and Socio-Cultural Affairs office. The methodology used in the software development was Iterative Project Development which is composed of the following phase: planning, requirements, analysis, design, program coding, test and evaluation. The MIS for Student Organizations and Socio-Cultural Affairs is composed of four modules. The Account Management module for levels of access, Organization module that handles organization management and for different reports that the system can generate, Financial report module for the annual expenses of each organization and the Communication module which serves as their standard way of communicating each other. The system was developed through the use of different applications; MYSQL for the database management system, PHP as the scripting programming language, Adobe Photoshop for the design and interface of the system, Notepad ++ for coding, and Google Chrome as the default browser. The system was evaluated by using indicators that is graded from one (1) to five (5) wherein 5 is rated as excellent, 4 as very good, 3 as good, 2 as fair and 1 as poor. The system passed the criteria and met the expected output.
