Abstract: The researchers proposed "Sales Monitoring System through SMS for Phoenix Petroleum at Tamacan Amadeo, Cavite" highly defined the needs to resolve problems that currently existing within the Phoenix Petroleum Inc. The study aimed to automate the sales monitoring process of making daily sales report and to generate precise report on time. There was no existing system that signifies difficulty in making reports. The processes of its sales and inventory were on traditional counting process prior to the conduct of the study. Several problems were identified by both the researchers and the company personnel. The study was established in order to eradicate the manual process and to improve the process of sales monitoring thus enhancing the existing manual computing. The researchers provided a best solution to the problem of the company. The automated sales monitoring process of daily sales report and the generated précised report were of big help in maintaining an efficient flow of operations. The developed system using the Incremental Model was applied as an organized way to solve the concerns of the company. Aside from the information gathered during the interviews with the personnel of the Phoenix Petroleum the researchers were able to get ideas about possible features and functions of the proposed system. The system generated fast and accurate reports needed for submission and compilation. It created a good impression to the end users. The delivery information made by the employees may easily be viewed by the manager. It may be exported into Excel and be printed by the system.
