Abstract: LANDICHO, CAREN V. IMPACT EVALUATION OF PANTAWID PAMILYANG PILIPNO PROGRAM (4Ps) AMONG THE BENEFICIARIES IN CALACA, BATANGAS. Undergraduate Thesis. Bachelor of Science in Social Work. Cavite State University, Indang Cavite. April 2017. Adviser: Mr. Joven E. Dicen. This study was conducted at Calaca, Batangas from January to March 2017. The purpose of the study is to assess and evaluate the Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program among the beneficiaries in Calaca, Batangas. It aimed to determine the sociodemographic profile of the participants in terms of age; job; family monthly income; and educational attainment, assess the problem encountered and perceived effectiveness in terms of education and health as basis for evaluation the program; determine the perception of the participants about the program; and solicit suggestions from the participants on further improvement of the Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program. The study utilized the descriptive evaluative design, which was used to describe, interpret, explain the conditions of the beneficiaries as well as evaluate the Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program in Calaca, Batangas. Cluster and purposive sampling was used in the study and the participants were one hundred fifty-one. The statistical tools used were mean computation, percentages, frequency, and standard deviation. Data from the survey conducted are reviewed. The collected data serves as the basis of the computed results. Data showed that through sources of income and family monthly income of the respondents qualifies them to become beneficiaries of the program. The problem encountered by the participants in availing the program was least, but the perceived effectiveness of the program was highly effective. It indicates that program of the national government was successful. Moreover, the respondents suggested that the program be continued with additional beneficiaries for ide expansion of helping non Pantawid Pamilya.
