Bullying Experiences of Selected Homosexual High School Students in Trece Martires City National High School: Basis For Social Work Intervention. Undergraduate Thesis, Bachelor of Science in Social Work. Cavite State University, Indang Cavite. June 2018. Adviser: Mr. Renato T. Agdalpen. The study was conducted to present particularly the bullying experiences of selected homosexual high school students in Trece Martires City National High School basis for social work intervention. It was conducted in February 2018. This study generally aimed to determine the bullying experiences of selected homosexual high school students in Trece Martires City National High School. Specifically, the objectives are to: 1.) determine the experiences of the participants before, during and after the bullying incident. 2.) to determine the impacts of the bullying experiences of the participants in terms of their personal life, family relationship, peer relationship and school life and 3.) to determine the ways how bullying be addressed by proper authorities/concerned people. The study utilized narrative research design with the aid of interview guide questions and focused on the spoken words and only on the lives of the participants as they were told through their own story. This study used different types of sampling techniques in order to come up with (8) participants, such as purposive sampling technique, stratified random sampling, and the fishbowl technique. The participant's age ranges from fifteen (15) to eighteen (18) years old. The results of the study were discussed and analyzed in a narrative form. There were five (5) boys who identified themselves as gays and three (3) girls who considered themselves as lesbians. All of them except one were accepted by their parents. However, all of them accepted by the school and by their peers. Regarding on the ways addressing bullying by proper authorities, they wanted to raise awareness for everybody to know that bullying homosexuals were unrighteous. They were seeking for equality, acceptance and hope to stop the bullying in the school. Some of them also wanted the bullies to be punished and to be expelled from the school.
