To support the study, an interview guide was used to the five fisher folks for the assistance that they got from the government and the suggested program for education, health, and life situation. The result showed that most of the participants belonged to a legal age 21 to 65 years old, of which male is 95 and female is five. It was also revealed that the suggested program of the fisher folks in the education of their children are scholarship and free school supplies every school year; in their health, feeding program and free vitamins and medicines; lastly, in their business, the livelihood, additional fishing gears and arresting the trolls. The social condition in the lives of the fisher folks especially in their socioeconomic status through the means of providing sustainable programs like food processing wherein they can use the seafoods that the fisher folks catch, they can create delicious product from the resources that they have. They can also bring back the beauty of the environment by planting trees, putting back the small fishes that they caught and by arresting the trolls that illegally catch fishes. The plan that the researcher did can be a basis for the social work intervention program for the fisher folks.
