The 200 participants were selected from 20 departments of the provincial government office with ten participants per department. Provincial government employees were moderately aware of the benefits and requirements offered by the memorial plan and somewhat aware when it comes to its cost. Most of the provincial servants also show a slight tendency to invest towards memorial plan. No significant relationship was found between awareness and propensity to invest towards memorial plan. Socio-demographic factors like sex, and number of dependents have positive relationship with awareness towards memorial plan and found to be significant. However, propensity to invest towards a memorial plan was negatively correlated to the number of dependents, and educational attainment and was found to be not significant. No significant association was found between age, civil status, and salary grade with awareness and propensity to invest towards memorial plan. Furthermore, there was no sign of significant relationship between sex and propensity to invest towards memorial plan.
