Bachelor of Sports and Recreational Management. Cavite State University, Indang Cavite. June 2018. Adviser: Mary Ann R. Cardines. This study was conducted from January to June 2018 at Lumampong National High School — Indang Annex to determine the Wellness Benefits of Physical Education by Senior High School Students. Specially, the study determined the demographic profile of the Senior High School in terms of their age, sex, and year level; determined the Wellness Benefits of Physical Education in terms of physical, social, spiritual, and emotional; and the study determined the Advantages of Physical Education. The participants were 216 Senior High School in Lumampong National High School — Indang Annex. They were selected using the Random Sampling technique. A survey questionnaire was used to gather the data needed in the study. This study benefits the students, teachers, and future researchers. This study gives them further information about the wellness benefits of Physical Education by senior high school students. It can also be their source of information. The results showed that there is no significant relationship between the demographic profiles of respondents to the wellness benefits they get from Physical Education.
