The study was conducted to develop an online management information system for the Department of Education Dasmarifias Division Office. The software was developed for the benefits of the department of education division office and schools under the school division of Dasmarifias. The developed system has two (2) levels of access including the following: administrator or the DepEd Dasmarinas division office personnel and the school representatives. The proposed management information system provides functionalities specifically for the division office and allow the record officer to manage school records and disseminate information and for school representatives under the division office, functionality of fixed Enhanced Basic Education Information System forms is provided. The proponents used the Scrum Agile Development as the development methodology of the software. It has five (5) phases: planning, development sprint, user review and retrospective. The software was developed through the use of different development tools including the following: Adobe Photoshop for editing images and for the design of the graphical user interface, PHP, HTML and CSS for coding and developing the software and MySQL for the database. The software was evaluated by the Dasmarifias City Division office head or division ICT coordinator, school representatives and other personnel who are involved in the system flow using software evaluation instrument based on ISO 9126. All the given criteria of the evaluation, targeted features, and functionalities of the system as well as the requirements and objectives were met. Based on the results, the interpretation for the criteria for the system's functionality was excellent which indicates the accuracy of the system specifications. For the reliability it was rated as excellent which indicates that information given by the system can be trusted. For the usability it was rated as excellent which indicates that the system users can easily understand the flow of the system. For the efficiency of the system, it was evaluated as excellent which indicates that the organization productiveness can be improved because the system can perform each action in a reasonable response time. However, for the maintainability it was rated excellent which indicates that the system is hustle free, and for the portability of the system, it was rated excellent which indicates that the system could easily adapt to other platforms. Overall, the system is marked with the mean of 4.73 and standard deviation of 0.43 and marked the software as excellent.
