This study was conducted in all fire stations in municipalities and cities Cavite. It aimed to determine the level of implementation of occupational health and safety management practices; level of job commitment; extent of turnover intention; relationship of soc o-demogaphic profile to job commitment and turnover intention as well as the relationship of occupational health and safety management practices to job commitment and turnover intention. The participants of the study were the firefighters under the supervision of Bureau of Fire Protection and at least rendered one year in service. Total enumeration was utilized to select the participants of the study. The study used descriptive and correlation methods to determine if the variables correlate with each other. In order to describe the so io-demographic profile mean, frequency and percentage were used. Mean and standard deviation were applied to determine the level of implementation of occupational health and safety management practices, job commitment and turnover intention. Spearman's rank correlation coefficient, Chi-square Test and Point Biserial were utilized to ascertain if there is a significant relationship between socio-de ographic profile and job commitment, and urnover intention and also the significant relationship of occupational health and safety anagement practices to job commitment as well as to turnover intention of e ers in Cavite. The result showed that the level of implementation of occupational health and safety anagement practices is found to be at the scale of implemented. The study also confirmed that the level of job commitment of firefighters were high and majority of them has no intention to leave the organization. In addition, the result revealed that age, length of service and monthly s.alary has a significant relationship to job commitment however educational attainment as well as civil status found to be not related to job commitment. Furthermore, in terms of age, educational attainment and length of service study proves that they are significantly related to turnover intention. This study also found that there is a significant relationship between occupational health and safety management practices to job commitment as well as to turnover tention. Thus, the researchers recommend that the municipal fire marshal must show an effective leadership which possess and ability to persuade, influence his employees and t as role model to promote a safe and healthy environment. Moreover, to maintain the gh commitment as well as the low intention of the firefighters in leaving the organization, this study recommends that the Bureau of Fire Protection should show more support and empathy to those firefighters who are in the fire operation for them to feel that the government still care and gives attention to their welfare. This study also advise to continue the improvement of occupational health and safety management practices in all fire stations in Cavite in order to lessen the number of work-related accidents as well as to sustain the high commitment likewise the low turnover ntention of the firefighters.
