Cavite State University, Indang, Cavite. April 2016. Adviser Prof. Gener T. Cueno. Fish & Dip was operated for three months from December 1, 2015, to February 29,2016 by three entrepreneurs. This Entrepreneurial Development Project was conducted at Cavite State University. The main objective of Fish & Dip was for the proponents to experience how to operate and manage an actual business. Specifically, Fish & Dip aimed to: (l) provide delicious and affordable fish-based products; (2) apply appropriate management strategies in operating the business; (3) gain knowledge and insight from the operation of a food production project; (4) and identify the problems encountered in managing a food business and provide possible solutions. Fish & Dip offered fish roll, fish pop and mackerel sandwich. To promote the business the entrepreneurs used personal selling, and even sales promotion in the form of freebies. The business was in the form of partnership. The initial capital ofP30,000.00 was equally shared by the three entrepreneurs. For the three months of operation, the enterprise generated the total sales of P55,0l 5.00 after deducting operating expense, a net income of P 14,224.40 was generated. | |
