Tamayo The system entitled "Development of Management Information Technology for Barangay Poblacion II Indang, Cavite was proposed to help the barangay officials in their problems concerning about data storage and security. It provides an automated system which the barangay officials can use for their everyday transactions and recordings. The iterative methodology was used in the development of the system. It is divided into six (6) phases which includes planning and requirements, analysis, implementation, testing, evaluation, and deployment. The hardware will be use are: Intel Core i3-4005U Processor (3M Cache, 1.70 GHz), 4.00 GB RAM, 64-bit Windows 10 Home Single Language operating system, 1 TB HDD 5400 RPM, NVIDIA GeForce 930M with 2GB DDR3 VRAM IntelĀ® HD Graphics 5500, and 64 bit GPU. The software used was PHP creator for coding and design, Adobe Photoshop CS6 as image editor, My SQL for our database, and Microsoft Office 2017 for documentation. The system undergone several series of testing and software evaluation by using indicators graded from 1 to 5 wherein 5 is rated as excellent, 4 as very good, 3 as good, 2 as fair, and 1 as poor. Eleven (11) barangay officials from barangay Poblacion II and ten (10) IT experts evaluated the system to verify its functionality. According to the results, large number of participants rated the system as outstanding or excellent which shows that the objectives and requirements of the system were met.
