The study was conducted from August 2018 to April 2019 in Cavite State University (CvSU) in Indang, Cavite mainly aimed to help the registrar staff to manage foreign students and to be able to inform foreign students about their requirements. This study also provides video tutorial for foreign students on how to fill up the immigration paper (IB Form) as well as fast and accurate generation of reports. Specifically, it aimed to: 1) design a system that would help Cavite State University registrar’s office to have manageable and usable record information system for foreign students: 2) identify the problem of current problem conducting an interview; 3) develop a system using PHP, Java Script, HTML, CSS, and MySQL; 4) test the system through unit testing, integration and system testing; and 5) evaluate the system using the criteria based on the ISO 25010. The study was developed following a prototyping methodology. The system has five modules: account management, document management, communication, scheduler module and immigration. It can be accessed by the designated administrator of the system, and the foreign students. Furthermore, this study underwent unit, integration testing and system evaluation. The ISO 25010 software quality standards was used for the evaluation of the system. The system was evaluated by 70 respondents which included six IT experts, 54 forei gn students of CvSU, and 10 staff from the registrar's office. The result of the evaluation is an overall mean of 4.45 with descriptive interpretation of very good. Based on the result of the conducted evaluation and testing, the system met the expectation of the respondents. | |
