Undergraduate Thesis. Bachelor of Science in Criminology. College of Criminal Justice, Cavite State University, Indang, Cavite. May 2022. Adviser: Mr. V-jay S. Eusebio. This study covers the effectiveness and efficiency of Police Officers performance with Psychological Concerns in the 7 th District of Cavite. The study attempted to discover the psychological concerns encountered by the police officers, effects of psychological concerns on the police officers' performance, efficiency of police officers' performance with psychological concern, significant relationship of psychological concern with its effects on police performance and efficiency of police performance, and the significant relationship between the effect of psychological stress and its efficiency on police performance. Quantitative-Correlational research design was used to determine the effectiveness and efficiency of police officers' performance with psychological concerns. Pearson r was used to test the relationship of dependent and independent variables. This study was anchored in three theories, these are Herzberg's Two-Factor Theory, Tett and Brunett's Trait Based Model and Job Performance Theory. Herzberg's Two-Factor Theory focuses on the inner needs and their expressions in work behavior. The study implies that a higher internal stress leads to a higher effect during work. Also, a higher internal stress leads to a lower efficiency of police performance. The study suggests that the effect after work is not significantly related to the efficiency of police performance in terms of the mentioned indicators. Keywords: Police officers' performance, Police officers' efficiency, psychological concerns, assessment
