The study focused on assessing the job satisfaction and organizational commitment of the Graduates of Bachelor of Science in Criminology of College of Criminal Justice in Cavite State University Main Campus, Indang Cavite, Philippines. It aimed to evaluate their satisfaction levels in terms of working condition, security and advancement, salary and benefits, and departmental and institutional leadership; evaluate their commitment levels in terms of managerial support, role stress and role ambiguity, empowerment, and job insecurity and employability; determine if there is no significant relationship between the level of job satisfaction and socio-demographic profiles of respondents; determine if there is no significant relationship between the level of organizational commitment and socio-demographic profiles of respondents; and determine if there is no significant relationship between the level of job satisfaction and organizational commitment of respondents. The researchers used the descriptive method of research and data were collected using an adapted survey questionnaire from 78 criminology graduates of Cavite State University Main Campus. Results of the study revealed that most of the participants were single and only few were married, more male participants than female participants, 20 — 32 years old, majority of the participants got a salary ranging from P25,000.00 and above; the criminology graduates of Cavite State University are satisfied with their jobs across all job satisfaction variables; the criminology graduates of Cavite State University showed high commitment on them organization: there is a significant relationship in the responses between job satisfaction and monthly income of respondents; there is no significant relationship between the level of organizational commitment and socio-demographic profiles of respondents and there is a strong positive correlation between the level of job satisfaction and level of organizational commitment among criminology graduates of Cavite State University Main Campus.
