Specifically, this study sought to: identify the demographic profile of the graveyard shift workers as to their age, gender, civil status, place of residence and educational attainment; determine the work-related profile of the graveyard shift workers as to their present job, length of work experience, length of service in present employer, and work-related activities; determine the level of functioning among graveyard shift workers; determine the common health related complaints of the graveyard shift workers; determine who among the five groups of graveyard shift workers are satisfied when it comes to their sexual and reproductive pattern, determine the relationship between demographic profile of the respondents to their common health-related complaints; determine the relationship between work-related profile of the graveyard shift workers to their common health-related complaints; and determine the relationship between level of functioning of the graveyard shift workers to their common health-related complaints. A total of 250 respondents from the 5 groups of workers namely: call center agents, factory workers, nurses, security guards and police officers, and convenience store workers were selected through quota purposive sampling. The respondents were given questionnaire that served as the primary source of information. Results showed that the respondent’s age, educational attainment, place of residence, and length of service in present employers significantly precipitates their development of health related complaints, while gender, civil status and length of work experience were not factors of developing health related complaints. Its also revealed that prolonged standing among graveyard shift workers increase their chances of having health-related complaint. It also showed that less sleep has a great effect on developing health-related complaints except for the genitor-urinary system. It also showed that most of the graveyard shift workers had sedentary lifestyle that contributes in the development of health-related complaints, as well in changes in elimination pattern. In addition, the sexual activities of the respondents were limited because of their shift schedule.
