Cavite State university - Indang, Cavite. June 2022. Adviser: Mr. Renato T. Agdalpen. The study explored the role of ICT in community with a critical view at how the project is meeting community needs. Much focus analyzed on the technicalities of both Tech4ed Center on the LGU's being studied. The project impact on the community's livelihoods, and a great extent of identifying the management and sustainability strategies in ensuring project sustainability. This study is descriptive comparative research. Purposive sampling was used to determine the respondents of the study particularly those who can provide in-depth and comprehensive information on the study being chosen. The respondents of the study are Mr. Vergel C. Lot, the Center Manager of Tech4ed Carmona of Barangay Mabuhay at the same time the Tech4ED Rural Impact Sourcing ICT Hub Staff at Municipality of Carmona, Cavite. And, Ms. Marly Vasquez, the Center Manager of Tech4ed at Barangay Poblacion and the Information and Communications Technology Department Staff at City of Biñan. Furthermore, a self- made guide questions were provided, the researchers present the data gathered from narratives of respondents mentioned above. Developing countries such as the Philippines have also come up to bridge the digital divide that exist between urban and rural as regards use of ICTs that was first called as Community eCenter and is rebranded as Tech4ed Project and that ensures equitable access of ICT services in rural communities. The study findings are based on the analysis of the Tech4ed Project of Carmona, Cavite and Biñan, Laguna that aim to provide access and promote application of modern ICTs, learning resources and build local capacity for sustainable rural and urban development.
