The level of self-concept was determined using the Pasao Self-Concept Rating Scale which was lifted from Advincula (1999). Meanwhile, California Test of Personality was used to measure the personal-social adjustments of the respondents. The 100 respondents were chosen using the purposive sampling. Mean, standard deviation, chi-square and Spearman rank were the Statistical methods used to analyze the data. The main reason for my father is employment abroad. Out of the 100 respondents, 47 of them have father working outside the country. The self-concept of the female adolescents has a mean of 379.68 and a standard deviation of 33.100. This result is within the above average level. The level of personal-social adjustment is within the average level. It has a mean of 199.15 and a standard deviation of 22.951. Based on the results, the reason for the absence of a father has no significant relationship with the self-concept and with the personal-social adjustment of the female adolescents. The results also revealed that there is a significant relationship between self-concept and personal- social adjustment of the respondents.
